LIFE COACH/CLIENT AGREEMENT/POLICIES & PROCEDURES

 

Policies & Procedures

The typical length of time that clients & Life Coach commit to coaching is between 3-6 months.  Processes take time and should be honored by following through to completion.  Sessions are usually 1 hour in length, once a week.  There are several options for our meeting place according to your needs.

Session options (pre-arranged):

•  In person (if you are in the Santa Fe/Nambe, NM area)

• On Skype

• By Phone

Fees are payable in advance of the Life Coach sessions and paid through Pay Pal.

Fee Schedule:

• $80.00 per 1 hour session if paid weekly (+ tax)=$85.50 

• $75.00 per 1 hour session if paid in monthly pkg. (4 sessions) - $300.00 (+ tax)=$320.64

• $70.00 per 1 hour session if paid in 3 month pkg. (12 sessions) - $840.00 (+ tax)=$897.72

Payments:

Automated credit card payments are made through Pay Pal.  Please use the Pay Pal option on the Session Payment section.  You will be taken to a secure order page and your payment will be processed through a third party credit card processing company.  If an alternative method of payment is necessary, please call me to discuss possibilities.

 

Changes and Cancellations:

Please arrive (either in person, by Skype or phone) on time for your scheduled appointment.  Sessions started late may need to be ended at the scheduled time in consideration of those with appointments with your Life Coach following your session.  Sessions will be forfeited after a 15 minute wait period with no refund.  There is a 24 hour cancellation/reschedule policy.  Emergencies are of course taken into consideration.  

 

In between session calls:

Stuck?  Need some encouragement?  Need to check in with your Life Coach?  Want to share a win?  You can send an email message or call.  I will answer your message as soon as possible according to my schedule.  I would appreciate it if you would limit in between session calls to between 5 - 10 minutes.

 

 

LIFE COACHING AGREEMENT

 

The agreement or contract between the Life Coach and client is an “at will” alliance and both parties reserve the right to terminate this partnership at any time.  All actions and decisions are yours and you alone are responsible for the results of your choices.  As your Life Coach I will encourage, motivate, guide, and help you to achieve success.  The real work, however, is yours.  How far you go and how fast you get there is largely up to you.

 

Liability

You understand that these sessions are consultative in nature and that any actions and decisions made by you are solely your responsibility.  Your Life Coach shall in no way be held liable or responsible for any actions taken, or not taken, by the person being coached.  Your Life Coach makes neither guarantees nor warranties, expressed or implied, about any results to be achieved.

Life Coaches are neither trained psychologists nor counselors, or therapists.  I am a professional Life Coach who will help you to learn how to use coaching skills in your life.
